Non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items such as mailbox decals, signs, or address numbers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost Parcels 
If the tracking on your package shows that it has not benn delivered in a reasonable time, we will ship a replacement to you.
